sound-healing/sound-bath
i currently offer the following sound bath experiences - group, solo, corporate, outdoor (beach or parks) and floating - im very proud to say i was the first to offer this in Aberdeen, and I'm so glad to see how its taken off, its beautiful to feel the vibrations through the water! sound-bath is a deeply restorative and meditative experience where you are immersed in the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls. These pure quartz instruments are each tuned to specific frequencies that correspond to the body's energy centres (chakras), helping to gently guide you back into balance.
As you relax—either lying down or seated comfortably—the resonant tones of the bowls create a soundscape that washes over and through you. On a spiritual level, sound connects us to a deeper sense of presence, peace, and inner knowing. It opens the door to stillness and softens the layers of stress we often carry.
Scientifically, sound-baths work through a principle known as entrainment, where the brain begins to synchronise with the slower frequencies of the sound. This shift can move you into deeply calming brainwave states like alpha and theta, which are associated with meditation, creativity, and healing. The vibrations also stimulate the vagus nerve and parasympathetic nervous system, which helps reduce stress, lower blood pressure, and promote deep physical and emotional relaxation.

Meditation
Meditation is an ancient practice that has been used for thousands of years to promote inner peace, spiritual growth, and mental clarity. When a person is under stress, the sympathetic nervous system activates the “fight or flight” response—releasing hormones such as cortisol and adrenaline. Chronic activation of this response can lead to anxiety, fatigue, poor sleep, and weakened immunity. Meditation, however, helps activate the parasympathetic nervous system—also known as the “rest and digest” mode—allowing the body to return to a state of calm and balance.
Scientific research has shown that regular meditation can reduce symptoms of anxiety, depression, and emotional reactivity. It can improve focus, emotional regulation, and overall resilience. For clients experiencing high levels of stress or emotional turmoil, meditation offers a safe and empowering way to pause, reflect, and reconnect with themselves.

Reiki
Reiki is a gentle yet powerful energy healing practice that supports balance, relaxation, and emotional wellbeing. Originating from Japan, Reiki works by channelling universal life force energy through the hands to help restore harmony within the mind, body, and spirit.
During a Reiki session, many people experience a deep sense of calm, warmth, peace, and emotional release. It is a nurturing treatment that allows the body the space to relax, reset, and naturally begin its own healing process.

I have completed Reiki Level 1, Reiki Level 2, and I am a Reiki Master. My approach is warm, intuitive, and heart-led, creating a peaceful environment where you can fully relax and feel supported on your journey.
Wellness Retreats
I host retreats in Aberdeen shire and slightly further afield in Scotland, I adore organising these, there's something very special about bringing a group of people together to share a few days, to be open, vulnerable and ready to experience something new to support their healing journey, everyone arrives as strangers and leave like they have been life long friends. my aim for the retreats is create a safe space for people to be heard and to ultimately leave the outside world at the door and concentrate on them and their needs , the retreats are designed so you can experience different treatments , i invite other therapists to come along and share their work, we have had lots of different modalities to experience from shamanic drum journeys, to making creams, doing yoga and Qi-Gong, have a night of mediumship, a crystal workshop, learning how to read our own tarot, human design charts, aura photography - there's been lots of variation - and 2027 will see us making our very own shamanic drums - in-between all the lovely sessions we have time to connect, laugh, cry, share, and relax - they really are the most magical few days, I aim to have 3 a year, if you would like more info my inbox is always open

advanced Reiki - this is a special reiki teaching from the amazing Susie Clouston (who is my Reiki master) and it focuses on releasing trauma, something i'am very passionate about supporting people with having experienced quite a bit growing up, ill be offering this the end of 2026
