Summer solstice day retreat 🌞

At the height of the light, we invite you to step into sacred space for a Summer Solstice gathering at Calm Space Yurt. This half-day retreat weaves together breathwork, Qigong, sound healing, and guided meditation to support deep presence. We’ll honor the turning of the season with a solstice fire ceremony ~ a moment to release what no longer serves you. A shared nourishing lunch and optional sauna and cold-water immersion curtisy of sea biscuit sauna to complete the day: time to connect, release, and celebrate your light.
