Refunds

 

All bookings are non-refundable, however, if you’re unable to attend, you’re very welcome to gift your place to someone else or roll it over to a future session.

 

If I ever need to cancel an event, I’ll always do my best to reschedule. Should the new date not suit you, a full refund will be provided. If I have to cancel due to weather (heavy snow/ice/storm) this is non refundable and your place will be held till you can attend another date 

 

Please note that retreat and event deposits are non-refundable, and if a cancellation is made within 24 hours of the event, full payment will still be required.
