Embracing the Journey with Source Harmony

I’m so grateful and excited to be here, sharing this space with you. What started as a dream has grown into a journey filled with crystals, sound, healing, and most importantly, connection – and I couldn’t be happier to invite you along.

On my website, you’ll find a growing collection of beautiful crystals, and ill get round to posting al the other lovely bits I have (and the other crystals, you don’t realise how much you have till you have to type up each individual section haha) each chosen with love for their energy and unique gifts. Alongside this, I’ll be sharing details of my events and treatments – from soothing soundbaths to SourceSTAR energy healing, and soon, guided meditations, youll find my events and retreats on here too.

One of the things I’m most excited about is introducing Floating Soundbaths – I’m delighted to be the first in Aberdeen to offer this unique and deeply restorative experience. Floating in warm water while surrounded by the healing vibrations of crystal bowls is truly something special, and I can’t wait for more people to try it.

The summer was so kind to us weather wise and I was doing my absolute favourite type of sound healing session – on the beach with my pal tanya , with the waves, sun (and sometimes grey clouds) and the powerful connection of the angels that she brought along– roll on April 2026 for more of that! But I sure youll see us both doing workshops before that.

As we move into the winter months, I’ll also be taking some quiet, reflective time. For me, winter is a season to rest, learn, and grow – so I’ll be using this time to deepen my training, expand my knowledge, and prepare to bring even more to Source Harmony in the new year.

I’ll soon be completing my Meditation and Mindfulness Teacher Training, which feels like such a natural step in this journey. Alongside this, I’ll be learning more about supporting those who may be experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, domestic abuse, or navigating neurodiversity. It’s important to me that I can hold a safe and compassionate space for anyone who comes to Source Harmony.

Along with this im being drawn to doing my reiki 1 and 2, so keep your eyes peeled for even more healing

Looking ahead, I feel a real calling to host day retreats, bringing together some of the amazing holistic talent we have here in Aberdeen and the shire. These will be opportunities to rest, heal, and connect – and I know they’re going to be something really beautiful.

I’m so thankful for everyone who has supported me on this journey so far. This is only the beginning, and I can’t wait to share what’s to come, gull of gratitude for everything in my path! from the bottom of my heart, thank you so much!
